Women's Retreat: Rooted

Friday & Saturday, March 6-7 at Jerome Church

Join us for Rooted, a Women’s Retreat designed to help women of all ages slow down, reconnect, and dig our roots deep in Christ. Guided by Colossians 2:6–7—“So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him…”—this retreat will invite us to reflect on what it means to be firmly planted in God’s Word and nourished by God’s presence.

Throughout this two-day retreat, we will gather as a whole group for teaching, prayer, creative reflection, worship, and Communion. Together, we will explore Scripture passages that speak to a rooted faith, and learn practical tools for Bible study and verse mapping that help us move beyond simply reading Scripture to truly understanding and living it. This retreat is intentionally designed to be multi-generational, welcoming women in every season of life.

Friday evening will be a time of connection, fellowship, and renewal, creating space to rest, reflect, and prepare our hearts for the work God wants to do among us.

Saturday will focus on learning, creating, and digging our roots deep through in-depth Bible study, guided verse mapping, creative Scripture engagement, and meaningful discussion so that we can walk away renewed and ready to live out our faith.

Please note this event does NOT include an overnight stay/accommodations; sessions are held on Friday evening and Saturday morning-afternoon at Jerome Church.
 
Meals and retreat supplies are included in your registration fee. Please include any dietary restrictions or allergies during registration.

Our hope is that you will attend both sessions, but we offer flexible options to accommodate your schedule:

Retreat Schedule

Friday Evening

• 5:30 pm – Check-in & Dinner
• 6–8:30 pm – Teaching, prayer, group (fun!) activities, creative reflection and renewal focused on being rooted in Christ
• 8:30–9 pm – Evening worship & Communion

Saturday

• 9 am – Check-in & Breakfast
• 9:30 am–Noon – Morning worship, followed by a Bible study workshop and breakout sessions focused on being rooted in God’s Word, including Bible journaling, verse mapping, and creating Scripture cards
• Noon–1 pm – Lunch & rest/recreation
• 1–2:30 pm – Living rooted and renewed: learning session and worship/prayer stations
• 2:30–3 pm – Closing worship & Communion
